Shipping policy

We offer standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations. International shipping and express shipping are not available.

Standard shipping costs $4.99 for orders under $25. Shipping is free on orders of $25 or more. Your order total for free shipping is calculated after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is charged once per order, even if your items arrive in separate packages.

Processing and delivery times depend on the item and destination. Processing is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Our suppliers ship your items. Your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Azvellor Labs LLC is responsible for your order.

Carrier delays, customs checks and other disruptions can affect delivery. If we cannot ship by the stated deadline, we will contact you with a new shipping date. If no shipping deadline is stated, this applies when we cannot ship within 30 days of receiving your completed order. You can agree to the delay or cancel the delayed items that have not shipped for a full, prompt refund. Sending your order to a supplier or waiting to accept it does not extend the shipping or refund deadlines required by law.
